Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies is seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Circle Pines, MN. You will lead molding operations, manage operators and team leads, and partner with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

Requires 3–5 years of leadership in molding or manufacturing, high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of ISO 9001 and cGMP, and the ability to interpret KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of production leadership experience in molding or manufacturing.
• Experience in a regulated (medical device) environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding operations for the assigned shift to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Allocate labor and assign operators based on priorities and BOM labor ratios.
• Monitor KPIs (scrap, cycle efficiency, uptime) and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with work instructions, control plans and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to maintain ISO and cGMP standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
