Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.), with occasional mandatory hours on Saturday.

This hands-on leadership role directs a team of production workers to meet daily goals while upholding quality and safety standards. You will partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to sustain a safe, efficient operation, coach staff, develop schedules, and supervise SOP implementation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervision and leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably food or processing.
• BA/BS in business, management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and personnel on third shift.
• Train and develop employees on skills, SOPs, and company goals.
• Monitor safety, quality, and equipment, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Record and analyze production data to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with recruiters for new hires and scheduling.
• Create shift schedules and assign tasks.
• Write, review, and modify SOPs.
