Job summary

Saint-Gobain's Little Rock plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production lines, coach staff, and ensure safe, quality output on schedule.

You will partner with Maintenance and Engineering, establish work plans, monitor performance, and enforce safety standards to sustain a healthy, accident-free workplace.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and cross‑department collaboration skills.
