Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Operator to safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment in the assigned area, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to company standards. You will collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Available shifts include 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). A High School Diploma or equivalent and prior production experience are preferred, along with strong teamwork and

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance practices required.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and report deficiencies.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and routine checks on machines.
• Record production data including quantities and times.
• Load and unload materials by hand or forklift.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through Lean or other initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
