Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking Production Supervisors for a busy bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching a team of 15–25 employees, coordinating with maintenance and quality, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$93K + 5% bonus opportunity
