Job summary

Mission Foods' Fresno, CA facility is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to direct, plan, and monitor the production lines, supervising up to 35 employees under the Department Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure conformance to product specifications and GMPs, manage budgets, and serve as a liaison between managers and hourly staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of production experience in manufacturing.
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a lead.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and monitor overall operation of production lines.
• Supervise up to 35 employees and liaise with Department Managers.
• Ensure conformance to product specs and GMPs; verify budgets.
• Schedule work, manage labor hours, and document training.
• Uphold safety policies and drive continuous improvement.
