Mission Foods Panorama City, CA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee up to 35 employees across production lines, ensuring output meets specifications and GMP standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, labor tracking, safety and quality training, and collaboration with department managers.

A high school diploma and 3 years production experience, with 2+ years in supervision, are expected; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
• Experience with regulatory inspections (OSHA, etc.).
• LEAN/Six Sigma methodology familiarity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Direct supervision of production lines and a team up to 35 employees.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities.
• Ensure GMP compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Department Managers and hourly staff.
• Oversee safety training and incident documentation.
• Manage labor hours and payroll accuracy.
