Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC.

This full-time on-site role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. You will coach and develop staff, maintain food safety and GMP standards, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
