Job summary

Mission Foods Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to direct and coordinate the production department operations. You will supervise up to 35 employees, ensure GMP compliance, and monitor budgets and production parameters.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capabilities, knowledge of regulatory inspections, and experience with quality systems. This position involves shift work, long hours, and physical requirements typical of a manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead in production required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, control and monitor overall production department operation.
• Supervise a team of up to 35 employees.
• Ensure GMPs and product specifications are met; manage budgets for production parameters.
