Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Operator Manufacturing III for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). This role sets up, operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and performs preventive maintenance on assigned machines, and adjusts settings to meet quality specifications.

You will conduct pre-operation checks, perform changeovers, inspect parts, and assist with production setup and packaging. Weekend work and some holidays may be required to support demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple machines.
• Monitor operation and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect parts and adjust tools to meet specs.
• Perform changeovers and packaging support as needed.
• Conduct pre-operation start-up checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
