Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Bishopville, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Operator for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9pm–5:30am) with weekends/holidays as needed. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment per SOPs, repair breakdowns promptly, and perform planned/unplanned maintenance to improve overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Computer skills required.
• Possess demonstrated ability to read blueprints or schematics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work orders and part usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
• Perform flavor and packaging changes accurately and safely.
