Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a General Laborer for the 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) at our Lansing, MI facility. The role focuses on running production, following safety rules, and maintaining workflow to minimize downtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience in a production setting is preferred. The job requires readiness to operate light machinery and assist with packaging and inventory duties while

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Keep up with the flow of production and minimize downtime.
• Willingness to use band saws, rip saws, baler, and plussing machine.
• Build boxes with tape gun and staple gun.
• Assist with end-of-month inventory and housekeeping.
