Responsibilities

• Inspect/Check the quality of eggs; remove broken eggs.
• Place proper labels on boxes.
• Understand dates, expiration, and item numbers.
• Ensure bags and pails are sealed and clean.
• Stack flats of products and supply lines.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs; maintain sanitary conditions.
