Job summary

TemperPack in Lansing, MI is seeking a General Laborer for 1st shift (6:30am–2:30pm). You will run production lines, follow safety rules, and help maintain cleanliness and inventory. Prior production experience is preferred; the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 10–12 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and follow safety rules.
• Keep up with production flow and minimize downtime.
• Assist with inventory at end of month.
• Maintain area safety and housekeeping.
• Support continuous process improvements to produce safe, quality products.
