Job summary

Charter Casting, located in Shawano, WI, seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in the Melt Department. You will lead and develop a production team, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coordinate across maintenance, quality, and engineering to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes people development, lean manufacturing, and a strong safety culture as the plant pursues operational excellence.
