Charter Casting in Shawano, WI seeks a Production Supervisor for the Melt Department. You will lead production teams, drive safety culture, and partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet daily goals.

This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and strong communication skills, enabling effective cross-functional teamwork and rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/related production experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and follow up on multiple responsibilities.
• Proven coaching, employee development, and team-building skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and shifts.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead and develop production employees through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
