Job summary

Charter Casting in Shawano, WI, seeks a motivated Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead manufacturing operations and develop employees. You will drive safety, productivity and continuous improvement while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

A strong focus on coaching and performance management is essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, plus Lean/Six Sigma exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or related production experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Strong prioritization, delegation and follow-up skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience in foundry/metal processing is preferred.
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
