Times Microwave Systems in Wallingford, CT is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead hourly assembly teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time customer deliveries. You will optimize labor utilization, monitor ERP schedules, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Planning to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement using 5S, visual management, and lean techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years in manufacturing, strong communication and coaching skills,

Formación

• Must have 7+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with wire and cable preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hourly production personnel and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee department to maximize capacity and efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to reduce injuries.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment; coach team members.
• Ensure schedules align with customer ship dates; resolve variances.
• Drive continuous improvement using visual management, 5S and lean methods.
