Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to drive productivity and cost efficiency while ensuring customer specifications are met. You will supervise a team, train employees, plan staffing, and monitor performance with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in poultry or food processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities including occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership with 20+ staff members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent decision making and problem solving are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities
