Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems seeks a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10pm–6am) to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will supervise production staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, a related degree preferred, and strong Coaching, Communication, and problem-solving skills to mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety.
• Experience reading blueprints and part drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees and manage daily department operations.
• Promote safety culture and ensure PPE compliance and investigations.
• Drive quality by training on customer requirements and inspecting products.
• Improve productivity by minimizing downtime and coordinating with Maintenance/Engineering.
• Maintain records and conduct department meetings and audits.
