Job summary

EFP, LLC. is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a manufacturing team of 15–20 employees. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement, ensuring customer requirements and on-time delivery are met.

You will coach and develop team members, manage daily production activities, monitor performance, and drive improvements using root cause analysis and 5S standards. Collaboration with cross-functional groups is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven success leading hourly production employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build productive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

• Utilize root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of production reports.
• Maintain and promote 5S standards.
• Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and production scheduling requirements.
