KCC is seeking a Product Engineer to collaborate with designers, engineers, and departments to design, support, and manufacture Commercial HVAC products. You will move a product from concept to customer with emphasis on internal systems, performance components, and manufacturing efficiency.

The role involves hands-on leadership in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. You will work across teams to ensure quality product manufacturing, data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to production team leaders and members to ensure the manufacturing of quality products.
• Conduct daily meetings to pass along safety, quality, and production information.
• Identify and address problems from production area and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to plant rules and guidelines.
• Maintain training records and ensure team members are trained to standard work.
