Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a manufacturing team responsible for safe, efficient production of HVAC components. You will plan, assign, mentor, and coach staff, enforce policies, and drive daily metrics.

The role requires 8 years in manufacturing with at least 3 in leadership, high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with MAPICS, Kronos, and Lean methods. We offer day-one benefits, training, growth opportunities, and a global platform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving Lean initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with MAPICS and Kronos systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and develop employees to meet production demands.
• Coordinate production schedules and communicate needs to the team.
• Maintain safe working environment and enforce policies and procedures.
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
