Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Refrigeration license or Universal 608 Certification required.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC control systems and related equipment.
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications.
• Explain technical information clearly and coach others.
