Job summary

American Trim is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team on the manufacturing floor, ensuring daily production targets are met safely and efficiently. You will supervise hourly staff, coordinate activities, and work with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, ongoing employee development, and the ability to adapt to rotating weekend coverage and occasional extended shifts to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher and 3–5 years of related manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coach, set expectations and address performance concerns.
• Strong problem solving and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly employees and manage hiring, training, and performance.
• Assign work, monitor schedules, and ensure on-time production of quality parts.
• Cross-train employees for flexibility across pay grade roles.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production metrics in the shift area.
• Mentor employees with timely evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Support cross‑functional teams to keep operations moving.
