Job summary

USPL is seeking a Lead, Production Operator to oversee daily production on the 3rd shift. You will coordinate with the Production Supervisor, manage workloads, ensure batch documentation accuracy, and uphold cGMP standards. The role requires hands-on experience with blending, granulation, tablet compression, and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Five (5) years’ work experience in nutritional’s, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
• Hands on experience with Blending/Granulation, Tablet Compression and/or Film Coating, Encapsulation, or Pharmacy/Pre-Weigh Dispensing

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift personnel on the production floor.
• Plan production schedules with the Production Supervisor to meet targets.
• Ensure workload is distributed to meet changing priorities and delivery goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure proper batch documentation and GMP compliance.
• Provide daily reporting of production metrics and training to operators.
