Bimbo QSR in Zanesville, OH is looking for an assistant production supervisor to support two production lines, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, manage shift activities and drive continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with QA, safety, and maintenance while maintaining accurate shift documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, is able to work 3rd shift, and is proficient in MS Office with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in production.
• MS Office proficiency and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Motivates and trains associates in a team environment.
• Knowledge of FSMA/BRC and OSHA regulations.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Produce a quality product meeting safety and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop associates on shift.
• Establish efficient production processes for all product lines.
• Ensure QA and FSMA/BRC compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Review production schedule with line staff before shift start.
• Complete RCA related to safety and downtime.
• Verify recipes, BOMs, labels, tools, and equipment are ready.
• Maintain 5S, drive continuous improvement and kaizen activities.
• Document production data and confirm entries in SAP.
• Lead and participate in LEAN activities and shift GEMBA walks.
