Job summary

Bimbo QSR Chicago LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Lead for the Airport Bakery in Zanesville, OH. The role oversees two production lines, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement on the floor.

The position requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and a Bachelor's in Manufacturing is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts with holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce a quality product meeting Safety, FSMA/BRC and customer regulations.
• Coach, train and develop associates on shift.
• Establish efficient production processes for all product lines.
• Ensure QA, FSMA/BRC compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Lead shift huddles, communicate changes, and track shift metrics.
