Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and train associates within a team oriented environment.
• Knowledge of FSMA/BRC and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce a quality product that meets all safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Coach and develop associates; lead shift teamwork and morale.
• Establish efficient production processes for all product lines; monitor schedules.
• Ensure QA and FSMA/BRC compliance; maintain 5S housekeeping and safety.
• Lead LEAN activities (kaizen, SMED, 5S); participate in shift GEMBA walks.
• Resolves issues; maintain accurate production documentation and SAP entries.
