Job summary

Bimbo QSR in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor on 1st shift to support the production floor in baking operations on two lines. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, GMP/FSMA compliance, meeting schedules, and coordinating with supervisors to drive continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, be able to work non-standard hours including weekends, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in food/manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two production lines to ensure quality products meet safety and regulatory standards (FSMA/BRC/QA).
• Coach and develop associates; lead continuous improvement and 5S/LEAN activities.
• Ensure shift documentation, SAP entry, and data accuracy; monitor scheduling and line changes.
