Job summary

Bimbo QSR in Zanesville, OH is seeking an assistant production supervisor to support the production floor and oversee two lines. You will ensure quality, compliance, and timely execution of production orders while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires shift work on a 3rd shift schedule, including holidays. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food industry.
• Working knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce a quality product meeting Safety, FSMA/BRC, and Customer regulations.
• Coach, train and develop associates’ skills.
• Establish efficient production processes for all product lines.
• Ensure QA and FSMA/BRC compliance.
• Review schedule with line associates and communicate changes.
• Lead LEAN activities and 5S housekeeping as needed.
• Address safety, downtime, and material loss with RCAs where applicable.
• Maintain documentation and SAP data accuracy.
