Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Specialist for the 3rd shift at our Columbia, MO plant. You will lead operations, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $28.16/hour with a $3.00 shift differential, and increases after 6 months to $28.85/hour and after 12 months to $29.55/hour. Onsite at 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202; travel not required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis
