Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Operator for its Purification & Filtration team in Columbia, MO. Shifts include 2nd (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm) or 3rd (Sun night-Fri morning 11:30pm-7:30am). Starting pay is $24.24/hour with a future increase to $25.58/hour after 12 months.

Employment temporarily with Solventum before transfer to Thermo Fisher; onsite location at 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO. Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher required.
• Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow quality instructions and specifications.
• Monitor production or packing operations to meet quality objectives.
• Load/unload materials into and from equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to share information and solve problems.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
