Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing operations in Columbia, MO. You will support production, uphold safety standards, and help meet quality objectives across shifts.

Starting pay is $22.04–$25.09 per hour with shift differentials and a raise after 12 months. This onsite role offers the opportunity to grow with a global healthcare provider committed to high quality and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed before start OR 1 year of production/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Observing safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Applying quality instructions and specifications.
• Monitoring production/packing to meet quality objectives.
• Loading/unloading material into/from equipment.
• Collaborating with team to share information and assist others.
• Communicating clearly in English (spoken and written).
