Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for bakery equipment and systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with production
• Maintain CMMS records and document work orders.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance in all tasks.
• Participate in project implementations and continuous improvements.
