Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, a leading exterior building products manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate 2 for the 3rd shift in North Carolina. Pay starts at $17 per hour with a $1 shift differential; you will assemble, inspect, and move window/door components while sustaining safe, efficient production.

You will read measurements, operate power tools, and follow standard work. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and fractions/decimals.
• Basic reading/writing and number recognition.
• Operate power tools with PPE.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work and instructions.
• Understand product defects at workstation.
• Demonstrate quality recognition and CTQ.
• Communicate clearly and listen effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined cleanup times and safety procedures.
• Work at a defined rate per customer demand and operations.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows.
