Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a driven 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician to oversee and optimize high‑pressure aluminum die casting on the 3rd shift in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role focuses on monitoring process parameters, reducing scrap, and ensuring top-tier OEM quality.

You will analyze defects, run production trials, and train floor personnel, with a strong emphasis on stability, tenure, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Stability with 2+ years tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control or troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI.
• US work authorization; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process parameters and analyze variables such as melt temps and cycle times.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects and review X-ray data.
• Optimize machine parameters for new launches and ongoing production.
• Maintain setup sheets, procedures, and standardization on the floor.
• Collaborate on production trials to improve first-pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Train operators on standardized processes and best practices.
