Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Lead/#1 Press Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. You will lead a production line across offset and digital web presses, guiding a crew and ensuring quality output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew to optimize production performance.
• Ensure line runs smoothly and produces quality products.
• Facilitate Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walks to drive improvements.
