Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in daily operations to keep the press line running safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety, quality, and work instruction compliance (PPE, BOS/ISO procedures).
• Assist with training and coaching associates; cover line and Team Leader during breaks, weekends, and absences.
