Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a press shop operator to support daily line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role includes coaching peers, maintaining housekeeping, and handling SAP transactions when the Team Leader is unavailable.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED) and 3 months to 1 year of press shop experience, with a focus on reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 months to 1 year of experience in Press shop.
• Ability to lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader to ensure the press line runs safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety, quality, and work instruction compliance, including PPE usage and BOS/ISO procedures.
• Assist with training and coaching associates; provide line and Team Leader coverage during breaks and absences.
• Maintain housekeeping, automation staging, inspections, and verify setup sheets and run rates.
• Manage SAP transactions and inventory control when the Team Leader is not present.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
