Job summary

Magna International in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is seeking a Press Team Leader for the 3rd shift to lead, direct, and support press team members safely and efficiently on the line.

Coordinate with other departments, follow safe work methods, and conform to the Employee’s Charter and plant standards. A High School diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education or related experience is preferred. 1–3 years in manufacturing or stamping with leadership experience is desired.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education preferred or related experience.
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing or stamping with leadership is preferred.
• Ability to promote healthy employee relations in the workplace; knowledge of OSHA and DOL guidelines.

Responsibilities
