Magna International in Piedmont, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Press Operator to run a press line safely and efficiently. The role involves supporting the Team Leader, maintaining quality, and ensuring production targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader in daily operations to keep the press line running safely, efficiently, and meeting production targets.
• Enforce safety, quality, and work instruction compliance, including PPE usage and BOS/ISO procedures.
• Assist with training and coaching associates; cover line during breaks, weekends, and absences.
• Maintain housekeeping, automation staging, secondary inspections, and verify die setup sheets, parameter books, and run rates.
• Manage SAP transactions and inventory control; act when the Team Leader is not present.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
