The position involves 3rd shift hours (Mon-Fri 10:00pm–6:15am) with overtime as needed, and activity to maintain high productivity while supporting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator preferred.
• Able to read measurement devices and interpret data.
• Basic literacy and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate mold press and various machines to support production goals.
• Set up machines according to procedures and guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams to assemble equipment accurately.
• Record production quantities, including scrap and good parts.
• Inspect quality and report defects to supervisor.
• Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness.
