Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Press Machine Operator for its NC manufacturing site. The role operates mold presses, sets up machinery, and uses blueprints to assemble enclosures efficiently and safely.

You will record production data, maintain inventory at the workstation, and adhere to safety and quality standards while supporting the production team. The position requires attention to detail, readiness to work 2nd shift, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with occasional Saturday OT

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manufacturing Machine Operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurement devices.
• Basic literacy for following instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and perform mold press operations to support production.
• Set up machines per procedures and guidelines.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams for accurate assembly.
• Record production quantities and scrap; maintain records.
• Use hand tools to perform assembly tasks and adjustments.
• Maintain workstation inventory and cleanliness; follow safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product quality and report defects.
