Electrical Automation Services in St. Charles, IL is seeking a skilled technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, servo systems, and related control wiring on a 3rd shift-friendly schedule.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with PLCs and servo systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls and power distribution.
Responsabilités
- Install, configure and troubleshoot photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches and PLC I/O modules.
- Troubleshoot analog/digital controls for 480V 3-phase power, motors and drives.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI interfaces; modify ladder logic as needed.
- Diagnose communication protocols (Profibus, serial, industrial Ethernet); read electrical schematics.
- Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, lasers and production equipment.
