Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations: schedule staff, assign work, and enforce policies.
• Direct employees to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines; report issues to management.
• Track dispatch due dates and provide updates to managers.
• Collaborate with production to manage workflow and clarify roles.
• Lead 6S improvements to reach a 90-point goal; provide guidance and coaching as needed.
• Assist with performance reviews, staffing decisions, and compensation recommendations.
