Daifuku North America is seeking a Welding Plant Supervisor for the 1st shift in Hobart, Indiana. In this role, you will supervise the Steel Fabrication-Welding Team, ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. Offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with steel fabrication-welding.
• Ability to deal with conflicts and employee issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work of the team, scheduling, and assigning work.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback.
