Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in steel fabrication.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with steel fabrication-welding.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 6S principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work of the team, including scheduling and assigning work.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.
