Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with at least 5 years of supervisory experience and strong problem-solving skills. A competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 is offered along with extensive benefits starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in steel fabrication.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with steel fabrication-welding.
• Proven ability to oversee workflows and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Steel Fabrication-Welding Team.
• Lead staff scheduling and work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures.
