Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Machine Operator for 3rd shift in St Paul, MN. You will operate automated insertion and pick-and-place equipment for PCB assemblies, perform routine maintenance, and maintain production records.

Requires 1–2 years electronics experience and knowledge of electronics components. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; strong teamwork and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in electronics field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of necessary tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of electronics components (types and values) preferred.
• High energy level, quick learner, and highly flexible.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated insertion and/or pick-and-place equipment for PCB assemblies under supervision and written procedures.
• Maintain records for all manufactured products.
• Assist in development and implementation of insertion and/or pick-and-place procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance per the machine manufacturer’s schedule.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, schematics and other manufacturing docs with supervision.
